You will ask me – who am I to advise you infact? I am a professional fitness trainer, who tried a lot of various methods and techniques in this area – starting from yoga and Pilates and to bodybuilding and cross-fit. I am not a theoretical guy as you probably do understand now – whatever I learn and know I try to test in practice in the field. I’ve been doing that for 15 years already, so as you might understand I had some time to collect substantial experience and information, and I want to share it with you.
